Very good food, service a little slow though

The food was ok, unfortunately I can't say the same for the staff.

The food was outstanding! Eggs, sausage, hash, chocolate pancakes, bacon. Everything was cooked perfect. Thank you for a great meal on a wet day.

When I'm in Long Lake I always stop here for breakfast. Never been disappointed

First Impression: No name, generic, bland and weak coffee. Otherwise, the food was tasteful with fresh ingredients and the portions were not overwhelming. They also serve a late breakfast and lunch start early; a real plus when you’re not in a tight schedule. Locals and tourists are part of the regular crowds. Nice atmosphere with a dated flair.... serving a full bar; with an interesting counter made up or copper coins!

First and foremost its in the Adirondacks! But a very close second is the food & service was second to none.

The long lake diner serves as both a diner and tavern on the lovely long lake. The deck has lovely views for dinner or just for a brew. Selection in the bar is a little small but the meals and appetizers more than make up for it.

Awesome breakfast!

The food was not worth the price. Bugers were to have everything on them just 2 very fat pickles. Claim chowder was just thick rue with bacon grease and claims and unpeeled potatoes. Not worth the money.

My family stopped here twice for breakfast during our camping trip on Lake Durant. We were pleasantly surprised by the food and fair prices. The specials were fantastic and enjoyed by all of us, including a picky 14 year old. The staff was friendly and attentive. We will be stopping here again on our next visit to the area.Date of visit: September 2018

Hearty breakfasts in the morning, and craft beers, delicious burgers and great chicken wing dings for later! Friendly staff too! Definitely a place to meet and eat!! Football on several screens keeps the place lively on any given Sunday!

Friendly local crowd and travelers. Beautiful place to end the day with an almost always picture perfect sunset over reflective water on the outside deck! Plenty of inside seating in both restaurant & bar area. Food is awesome!Revisit -- couldn't not stop to have a tall cool one .. food is as always awesome.

It was a bar. Not warm or particularly inviting. The server was nice and she was competent; the food was edible. That's about all I can say.

We walked in to this place and there were 3 or 4 people sitting at tables....none had food. We sat down and got comfortable and waited for someone to come out and give us menus. We waited perhaps 10 minutes and never saw an employee. Finally left and went to the long lake inn up the road a bit and had a great lunch. This place could have great food for all i know but what good is it if you cant get any?

Really nice diner. Clean, light, comfortable. Great breakfast menu. They had me at the marble rye already... but then the oatmeal was SO good, and a huge portion. Good coffee. Lovely staff. Nice lake view. Note that their menu changes through the day.
